Return Policy
14-Day Return Policy:
Alices Underland appreciates your business and values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee when received with in 14 days of original purchase. Legitimate refunds and or exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the item returned. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact. THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Shoes must be in original box, & box may not be used as the shipping box. Please ensure that you wear undergarments/panties when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way including removal of tags. Items received after the 14-day period, or in any other condition that does not comply with the terms above, will be shipped back at the customers expense. All returns must be free of odors, and tags must be unwashed. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges and returns.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
Final Sales:
For yours and the safety of others, health regulations stipulate that apparel and or swimwear that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. Clearance and sale items may not be returned or exchanged. No return or exchange will be considered for any apparel or swimwear once the tags are removed and / washed or altered. All sales are final on the following items: Prepackaged items that have been opened, and are therefore not resalable. All costumes, panties, thongs, men's garments & thongs, hosiery, pasties and pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body creams, stimulants and/or performance enhancement ingestables, gels, lubes, or any similar romantic/intimate gifts at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTION)

We suggest that you insure, and use trackable shipping when returning any items back to us (Example – Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, Etc...) We are not responsible for items / returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your original invoice. Please also include the reason for refund and/or exchange. Include exchange items with item number, size, and color desired. Refunds/exchanges will be processed less a 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs. If the item you have requested is not available or on back order, you will be notified within 30 days. Refunds will be will be issued to the original purchase credit card within 30 days of our receipt of the item(s). Shipping fees are not refundable.
